LESSON FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS (fees also apply to competition level classes):

45 minute class= $45 per month
1 hour class = $50 per month

*We group classes by age, experience, ability, and interest. To insure the most ideal groupings, we must
know your schedule availability so we may organize classes accordingly. Please be specific as possible!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR FALL CLASSES
 Classes are scheduled to begin Mid to Late August, depending on how many weeks fall in the calendar
month for August each year.
 When the fall schedule is complete, you will receive a class confirmation letter in the mail. Typically
this will be late July to early August.
 Lessons should be paid at the beginning of each month (i.e. the first of each month). We will send
monthly bills via email, unless specifically requested regular mail. Lessons will average four classes per
month. If you miss a class for any reason, it may be made up in another class of similar level within one
month of that absence. There will be absolutely no refunds for lessons missed. You pay for all lessons
whether you come or not. This is the only way I can maintain a reasonable rate of charge. Late fees will
apply to accounts that fall delinquent.
 You do not pay for lessons that are canceled IF dancers receive fewer than three lessons that month,
OR they are not rescheduled for a makeup. Any lessons that are canceled for any reason other than
scheduled days off or holidays) will be calculated into the last month of that semester. (First semester
cancellations will be credited to December lessons and second semester cancellations will be credited to
May/last month.)
 All ballet students are required to wear leotards, tights, and ballet slippers. It is important that the
teacher be able to see clearly the student’s body alignment, therefore, loose and/or bulky clothes are
not allowed. Hair must be pulled back in ponytail or bun.
 All jazz, tap, lyrical and hip hop students are required to wear appropriate dance shoes. Street shoes
will not be acceptable as the dirt from outside destroys the surface of the dance floor. No jeans, jeggins
or dresses. Dance wear of some sort is required. Hair should be pulled back.
 BSD requires a $30 registration fee, a max of $30 per family. This registration fee helps to insure the
commitment of students who register for classes. Refunds are only given to students we are unable to
accommodate.
 Registration fees must be paid when the form is turned in. Students will not be considered registered
until the fee is paid. Returning students must have account balances paid in full before registering
